How do I pay a deposit?
Online bookings ask for 50% by M-PESA, card, or bank transfer. You can also reserve and settle the balance before arrival.
Which meal plans exist?
Room only, bed and breakfast, half board, and full board. Supplements are confirmed with the booking.
Can the kitchen cook for a restricted diet?
Yes. Halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and children’s plates are part of the menu.
Is there parking?
Yes. The grounds include secure parking.
Do you collect people from the airport?
Yes, from JKIA and Wilson. Ask for a quote and the desk confirms the car.
What is the cancellation window?
Each booking states the cancellation window in writing.
